After you have opened your meeting space, complete your technical information sheet and select your participation format. Your registration will then be submitted for validation by the event organisation committee.
The catalogue will be made available one month before the event and you will then be able to select and request meetings with contacts. You can also provide further information to support your requests.
Each participant is able to request a meeting with you. You are free to accept or refuse their request.
5 days before the event you will be informed by email that your provisional schedule is available online. Log into your member’s space to view it.
You are able to request and accept new meetings. Your schedule will be updated regularly and you will be notified of each update by email.
