THE BUSINESS MEETINGS


In 2009, 500 exhibitors were able to meet almost 700 qualified project sponsors (SMEs, large businesses and territorial authorities) throughout more than 4.000 business meetings.

A business convention is a business event which is based on the organisation of scheduled meetings even before you come.

When you register, you detail your projects, needs and/or skills.

All the registration forms constitute the technical catalogue. Using the latter, you propose and receive meeting requests. Only meetings validated by both parts are organised on your schedule.

Thanks to your schedule, you know all the contacts and all the projects you are going to discuss with them.
80% of the 4.000 business meetings taking place at Les Rendez-vous CARNOT are pre-scheduled.

A SIMPLE AND
PROFESSIONAL STEP:

• Stage 1: You describe your partnership
research areas and your needs
in terms of innovation.
• Stage 2: 4 weeks before the event,
you access to the on-line catalogue detailing
the exhibitors’ skills and select those
who are likely to meet with your expectations.
• Stage 3: You receive meeting proposals from
exhibitor laboratories; you confirm or refuse
these meeting proposals.
You also inform us about your availability
to organise your meetings.
• Stage 4: You receive your meetings schedule one week before Les Rendez-vous CARNOT.
Only meetings validated by both
parts are organised.
• Stage 5: You prepare your business meetings
to optimise the relevance of each meetings.
