In 2009, 500 exhibitors were able to meet almost 700 qualified project sponsors (SMEs, large businesses and territorial authorities) throughout more than 4.000 business meetings.

A business convention is a business event which is based on the organisation of scheduled meetings even before you come.

When you register, you detail your projects, needs and/or skills.

All the registration forms constitute the technical catalogue. Using the latter, you propose and receive meeting requests. Only meetings validated by both parts are organised on your schedule.

Thanks to your schedule, you know all the contacts and all the projects you are going to discuss with them.
80% of the 4.000 business meetings taking place at Les Rendez-vous CARNOT are pre-scheduled.

A SIMPLE AND
PROFESSIONAL STEP:

• Stage 1: You describe your skills
and expertise areas.
• Stage 2: 4 weeks before the event,
you access to the on-line project sponsor
visitors’ catalogue detailing their needs
in terms of innovation. You analyse
their needs and challenges.You request
meetings to your ability to resolve their issues
• Stage 3: You receive their meeting
validations. You also confirm or refuse
the meeting requests you received.
• Stage 4: You receive your meetings
schedule one week before
